The invention discloses a pouring device for movable type block waste concrete. The pouring device comprises a bottom frame, a hopper and idler wheels. The hopper is provided with a feeding port, a discharging port, and a discharging cylinder communicated with the discharging port and used for guiding concrete. The hopper internally comprises a first partition plate device used for controlling the discharging port to be opened and closed, and at least one second partition plate device used for dividing a containing cavity of the hopper into two or more independent partition containing cavity bodies. According to the pouring device, each case of the hopper is filled with the block waste concrete or a mixture of cast-in-place concrete and the block waste concrete, hoisting equipment is used for transporting the construction device to a pouring floor, and the construction device can move flexibly and freely along a pouring route. The construction device is simple in structure, flexible to use, safe to operate and low in manufacturing cost, and can play a positive role in popularizing the engineering application of the block waste concrete in a large-area mode.
