The parking space management device mainly comprises an air bag, the air bag is composed of three parts of a first bag body, a second bag body and a third bag body which are arranged to be vertical to and connected with one another, the second bag body is connected with the third bag body, and the inner spaces of the three bag bodies are communicated with one another. Hard backing plates and springs are arranged in the first bag body; the free end of the second bag body is provided with a hard backing plate and a first piston, a baffle is connected to a piston rod in a hinged mode, and the baffle has two states of being flat or inclined; the free end of the third bag body is provided with a hard backing plate, a second piston and a spring, and a mechanical lock device capable of locking the state of a piston rod is arranged between the baffle and a base. According to the parking space management device and the parking management method, the air bag structure is ingenious in design, the action of the baffle is achieved by using the dead weight of a car, the automation degree is high, and energy consumption does not exist; the parking space management device is firm and durable and has the effects such as buffering and power transferring, and the long-term maintenance-free usage can be achieved.
