The invention provides a working tower frame of drilling a cast-in-place pile machine. The working tower frame comprises a supporting platform, a bracket, a truss, a weight box, a first winding engine, a second winding engine, a first steel rope, a second steel rope, a first lifting hook and a second lifting hook, wherein the supporting platform, the bracket and the truss are connected by a bearing and can be folded; a hanging ring is arranged at the side end of the supporting platform; a first guide pulley wheel, a second guide pulley wheel, a movable pulley wheel, a fixed pulley wheel and a directional pulley block are arranged at one end of the truss; the first winding engine and the second winding engine are fixed on the supporting platform; the weight box is connected with the other end of the truss; angle iron is welded at the upper and lower parts of the two sides of the truss respectively; reinforcing pipes are welded in angle iron grooves in the lower parts respectively. According to the working tower frame, the first lifting hook connected onto the movable pulley wheel is hooked on the hanging ring of the supporting platform so that the vibration problem of the truss when an impact drill bit is used for piling is relieved; the angle iron is welded on the two sides of the truss and the reinforcing pipes are welded in angle iron grooves, so that the lifting power of the truss is greatly enhanced.
