The invention discloses a preparation method for a partition plate. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) preparing a nanometer zinc oxide solution; (2) processing broad leaf wood pulp; (3) carrying out antimicrobial modification on broad leaf wood pulp particles, placing the broad leaf wood pulp in an enclosed pressure impregnation tank, adding the nanometer zinc oxide solution, carrying out pressurization to obtain a pressure of 1 MPa, maintaining the pressure for 1 min, pumping out a small amount of the nanometer zinc oxide solution by using a circulating pump so as to allow vacuum to be formed in the pressure impregnation tank, keeping a vacuum state for 1 min, then changing the direction of a four-way valve in virtue of an automatic regulation and control apparatus so as to allow the nanometer zinc oxide solution to return back to the impregnation tank via a liquid adding pump and to allow pressure in the impregnation tank to reach 1 MPa, changing the direction of the four-way valve again in 1 min, pumping out the nanometer zinc oxide solution via the circulating pump again and allowing the impregnation tank to become vacuum again; (4) preparing slurry; (5) carrying out slurry flowing and plate preparation; (6) carrying out dehydration to prepare a blank; (7) cutting the blank; (8) subjecting the blank to high-temperature steam maintenance; (9) carrying out drying; and (10) sanding the surface of the plate. The preparation method provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple process and reliable quality.
