The invention discloses a preparation method of a straw partition plate. The preparation method comprises the following steps of (1), drying straws, and then, crushing the straws into 40-60-mesh straw powder particles; (2), putting the straw powder particles in a stirring container, adding a coagulant, stirring, and putting aside so as to prepare a straw powder particle prepreg; (3), sufficiently stirring and mixing the straw powder particle prepreg with a film forming assistant, a fire retardant, a waterproof agent, a thickening agent, a dispersing agent and a foaming agent so as to prepare a mixture; (4), injecting the mixture into a vibration forming machine through a spiral conveyor, and extruding to form a formed wall plate; (5), curing; and (6), naturally maintaining so as to obtain the straw partition plate. The preparation method disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that the straws are used as main materials, which are wide in source; wastes are turned into wealth; the preparation method is environment friendly; the fire retardant and the waterproof agent are added into preparation raw materials, and therefore, the fireproof property and the waterproof property of the product are increased.
