The invention discloses a construction method of an assembling-type prefabricated concrete ring beam. The method comprises the steps of producing a concrete hollow building block (1), a concrete hollow building block (2), a concrete hollow building block (3), a concrete hollow building block (4) and a longitudinal reinforcing steel bar (5); and combining the prefabricated concrete hollow building blocks to form the ring beam by virtue of a masonry form, arranging the longitudinal reinforcing steel bar in a reserved groove of the concrete hollow building block, and pouring concrete into holes after the masonry. The construction method has the advantages that the simplicity in construction and easiness in control can be realized, the construction difficulty can be alleviated, and the quality of the ring beam can be guaranteed; a traditional template support member is not needed in the construction process, a mold supporting step and a mold dismounting step are omitted, the construction expense is saved, and the construction efficiency is improved.
