Prefabricated concrete frame and assembling method
The invention provides a prefabricated concrete frame and an assembling method, and relates to the technical field of constructional engineering. The prefabricated concrete frame comprises a mountingblock, a frame component and a positioning device, wherein the frame component is positioned right above the mounting block; a grouting groove is formed in the lower surface of the frame component; the positioning device is arranged on the upper surface of the mounting block; the positioning device comprises a positioning rod; the positioning rod is fixedly connected with the upper surface of themounting block; a positioning groove is formed in the lower surface of the frame component; the positioning rod is inserted into the positioning groove and is propped against the inner wall of the positioning groove; the upper surface of the frame component is fixedly connected with a connecting rod; and the upper surface of the mounting block is fixedly connected with a positioning rack. The problems that most of traditional concrete frames need to be held and guided by operators during hoisting, time and labor are wasted, the efficiency is low, certain dangerous factors exist, the concrete frames are inclined easily to bend steel bar connecting ends, the gravity centers of the concrete frames are inclined to cause toppling of the concrete frames and the like are solved, and by application of the device, the safety of equipment can be improved effectively.
本发明提供一种预制装配式混凝土框架及拼装方法,涉及建筑工程技术领域,包括安装块、框架构件和定位装置,框架构件位于安装块的正上方,框架构件的下表面开设有灌浆槽,安装块的上表面设置有定位装置,定位装置包括定位杆,定位杆与安装块的上表面固定连接,框架构件的下表面开设有定位槽,定位杆插入定位槽中并与其内壁相抵,框架构件的上表面固定连接有连接杆,安装块的上表面固定连接有定位架。本发明,避免传统多数混凝土框架在吊装时需操作人员扶住并进行引导,费时费力效率低下且存在一定危险因素,易出现混凝土框架倾斜将钢筋连接端压弯,混凝土框架重心倾斜造成其倾倒等问题,该装置的应用能够有效提高设备的安全。
