Inorganic heat-insulation board for exterior wall of building and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to a heat-insulation board and a preparation process thereof, specifically to an inorganic heat-insulation board for the exterior wall of a building and a preparation process thereof. The invention aims to overcome the technical problems of high toxicity, poor fireproof effect, short service life and poor heat insulation and sound insulation effects of conventional heat-insulation boards. The inorganic heat-insulation board is prepared from perlite, warm asbestos wool, an osmotic agent, a foam stabilizer, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, a water repellent and water. The preparation process comprises the following steps: adding the warm asbestos wool, the osmotic agent, the foam stabilizer and water into a vertical mixer, carrying out beating and foaming, adding the foam stabilizer, continuing beating, then adding the hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and carrying out beating again so as to obtain slurry; and pouring the slurry and the perlite into a horizontal mixer, carrying out uniform stirring, then pouring the obtained mixture into a die and successively carrying out compacting, strickling, demoulding, standing standing and drying so as to obtain the inorganic heat-insulation board for the exterior wall of the building. The inorganic heat-insulation board for the exterior wall of the building has A-grade fireproof and flame-retardant effects and a good sound insulation effect and is applied to heat insulation of the exterior wall of the building.
