The invention relates to a construction method of an underground engineering cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material. The construction method comprises the following steps of (1) cleaning a basic layer; (2) treating nodes, painting additional layers on detail nodes such as post-poured strips, expansion belts, pile heads, lattice columns and the like firstly, and painting additional layers on all vertical surfaces such as bearing platforms, edges of base plates and the like; (3) binding foundation slab steel bars; (4) performing concealed acceptance; (5) watering to wet the basic layer, and uniformly watering, wherein the condition that the surface of the basic layer is not permitted to have accumulated water is taken as a reference; (6) setting a standard square grid; (7) uncovering the cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material; (8) pouring foundation slab concrete. Compared with a common construction method of the cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material, the construction method has the advantages that the operation is simple, the waterproof material does not need to be matched with water in advance and is then uniformly mixed, the working hours are saved, the conditions of deterioration and waste caused by the unused mixed material are avoided, and the material is effectively saved.
