Modified organic silicon reinforced cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating and preparation method therefor
The invention discloses a modified organic silicon reinforced cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof coating which specifically comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50 parts of common silicate cement, 25 parts of quartz sand, 20-30 parts of granulated blast furnace slag, 4-8 parts of silica fume, 5 parts of redispersible emulsion powder, 4-6 parts of a modified organic silicon permeable water-proofing agent and 20-28 parts of water. The coating disclosed by the invention is mixed with water to prepare slurry which is brushed or sprayed to surface of cement concrete, and the slurry has relatively high cohesiveness and excellent mechanical properties, and can bear a relatively strong external force effect. the coating further can be covered with dry powder and is compressed onto the surface of the cement concrete which is not completely solidified to improve the impervious performance of mortar or concrete for permeable crystallization inside the system, so that the concrete has a self-healing capability. The secondary impermeability is further greatly improved.
