Cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material for buildings
The invention discloses a cement-based permeable crystallization type waterproof material for buildings. The waterproof material is prepared from, by weight, 65-75 parts of Portland cement, 25-35 parts of quartz sand, 6-12 parts of calcium carbonate, 3-7 parts of active agent and 4-6 parts of buffer salt through mixing, wherein the active agent is the mixture of soluble hexametaphosphate and soluble ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid salt with the mole ratio of 3-5:1, and the buffer salt is the mixture of sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate with the mole ratio of 0.5-2:1. The soluble hexametaphosphate and the soluble ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid salt are both polyvalent chelating agents and can penetrate into a cement matrix and perform crystallization reaction, but the crystal forms and crystal enclosure parameters of crystals formed after the soluble hexametaphosphate and the soluble ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid salt perform crystallization reaction are different, more compact crystals can be formed through matched usage of the soluble hexametaphosphate and the soluble ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid salt, and accordingly a more compact waterproof structure is formed.
