The invention discloses a building decoration panel guided by using guide blocks and a clamping rack and an attachment method of the building decoration panel. The building decoration panel is attached to a building body through an attachment adhesive layer, and is provided with a back plane facing the attachment adhesive layer and a front plane opposite to the back plane; an adhesive layer filling groove which extends in horizontal direction and recesses inwards from the back plane is formed in a middle position of the back plane; the upper and lower edges of the back plane are provided with guide blocks and can be easily inserted into the attachment adhesive layer; the guide blocks take the shape of a triangular pyramid and four guide blocks are arranged; the length of the guide blocks is 2/3 the thickness of the attachment adhesive layer; the end, in the horizontal direction, of the adhesive layer filling groove is open, and the other end is closed; a plurality of bearing pillars are uniformly and fixedly arranged in the central position of the adhesive layer filling grove along the horizontal direction; the height, extending out of the back plane, of the bearing pillars is at least 1/2 the thickness of the attachment adhesive layer.
