The invention relates to a tile carrying and sticking device, which comprises a positioning base frame, a carrying rocking arm and a tile sticking tray, wherein the positioning base frame is of a circular tray structure and is provided with a lifting support leg, a horizontal ray gun and a shaft pipe type bracket, a telescopic ejection rod and a positioning shaft sleeve are arranged at the top part of the shaft pipe type bracket, the carrying rocking arm is transversely arranged on the positioning shaft sleeve, a slide rail is arranged in the middle part of the carrying rocking arm, the tile sticking tray is of a box type structure, a lifting winch is arranged in the middle part of the tile sticking tray, a tile vibrator is arranged in an inner cavity of the tile sticking tray, and a flexible suction tray and an operation window are arranged at the bottom surface and the side edge of the tile sticking tray. The tile carrying sticking device has the advantages that the tile is hoisted and carried by the mirror structure of the top surface of the tile, the mortar at the bottom surface of the tile is vibrated and flattened by the tile vibrator, a decoration worker only needs to hold the tile sticking tray by hands, and the tile can be flatly and firmly stuck onto the floor by a press button; the structure is reasonable, the operation and control are convenient, the time of the decoration worker sticking the tile is shortened, and the labor intensity of the decoration worker is decreased.
