Novel wood plastic building template
The invention discloses a novel wood plastic building template. An A plastic film (1), an A glass fiber fabric (2), a B glass fiber fabric (3) and a B plastic film (4) are laminated to form a wood plastic building template in sequence from bottom to top; and composite powder layers (5) are respectively clamped among the A plastic film (1), the A glass fiber fabric (2), the B glass fiber fabric (3) and the B plastic film (4). The novel wood plastic building template has the following advantages: a high-strength wood plastic plate is prepared through hot pressing for the building template and other wood replacement field. Plastics and wood plastic materials are smashed and mixed with short cotton yarns, and are spread and coated in molds with continuous glass fibers and decorative films for preparing through hot pressing melting compound and cold pressing shaping modes. Compared with a traditional wood plastic plate extruding process, the method has the advantages of high product strength, high utilization rate of recovered materials and low cost; and the surface film coating decoration is once industrially solved through pressing.
