Invisible door closer
The invention discloses an invisible door closer which mainly comprises a smooth bore, a connecting plug sliding rod, a return spring, a smooth bore oil plug, a flat pressing oil guide pipe, a speed changing chamber, a speed changing valve and a speed changing chamber oil plug, wherein the smooth bore, the flat pressing oil guide pipe and the speed changing chamber form an integrated structure; the flat pressing oil guide pipe is communicated with two ends of an oil chamber from the outside of the smooth bore oil chamber; a piston part of the connecting plug sliding rod only can slide between two ends of the flat pressing oil guide pipe; the speed changing chamber consists of a cylindrical chamber and a truncated cone-shaped chamber, and the outer diameter of the cylindrical chamber is identical with that of the speed changing valve; the bottom surface radius of the truncated cone-shaped chamber is identical with that of the cylindrical chamber, and the upper surface radius of the truncated cone-shaped chamber is identical with the section radius of the flat pressing oil guide pipe; the speed changing chamber is communicated with the flat pressing oil guide pipe. According to the invisible door closer disclosed by the invention, a traditional external crank arm door closer is changed into a built-in straight arm door closer and can be combined with hinges for mounting; higher uniformity in stress is realized by symmetric mounting; compared with a traditional door closer, the invisible door closer has the advantages that high attractiveness is realized, and the problem about the deformation of a door and a frame after long-time use can be avoided.
