A surface pore filling material for a rock model structural plane is provided; the filling material is composed of the components by the weight percentage: 60-70% of a cementitious material, and 30-40% of water; the cementitious material is prepared by stirring evenly two raw materials of cement and silica fume, the particle finenesses of the cement and the silica fume are both less than 44 [mu]m, and the cementitious material comprises the two raw materials by the weight percentage: 80-100% of the cement, and 0-20% of the silica fume. Moreover, a production process of the surface pore filling material for the rock model structural plane is provided. The invention provides the surface pore filling material for the rock model structural plane and the production process thereof, wherein the surface pore filling material is used for effectively filling pores, is good for sample fusion, and can effectively guarantee the undulation shape of the rock surface and the measurement accuracy of the roughness coefficient of the rock surface.
