Acquisition system for rich-pore poor-gel filling material
The invention provides a rich-pore poor-gel filling material obtaining system which comprises a smashing assembly and a cementing assembly, the smashing assembly is used for conducting smashing treatment on a to-be-treated initial framework material to obtain a target particle framework material obtained after the initial framework material is treated, and the cementing assembly is used for conducting cementing treatment on the target particle framework material. The target granularity parameter of the target particle framework material falls in a preset reference particle parameter interval; and the cementing assembly is used for obtaining a pre-prepared cementing material, pouring the cementing material on the target particle framework material and carrying out gravity self-retention grouting cementing treatment on the target particle framework material to obtain the target pore-rich and glue-poor filling material, and the cementing material flows through the target particle framework material. According to the method, recycling of waste materials is achieved, the target particle framework material is poured to achieve cementation to obtain the target rich-hole poor-gel filling material, and the manufacturing cost of the target rich-hole poor-gel filling material and the filling cost of the goaf are reduced.
