Filling material utilizing beneficiation tailings and filling process thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of mining area filling, and discloses a filling material utilizing beneficiation tailings and a filling process thereof. The filling material comprises twolayers of materials, one layer is coarse-grained tailings, the other layer is a fine-grained tailings mixing layer, and the components of the fine-grained tailings mixing layer comprise fine-grainedtailings, an aggregate mixture and a cement additive. The filling process comprises the following operations: performing first-zone mixing treatment: mixing fine-grained tailings and an aggregate mixture; performing first-zone mixing dehydration; second-area mixing treatment: adding a cement additive; dehydrating the mixture in the second area to obtain filling slurry with the concentration of 70-75%; and conveying and filling: respectively conveying the coarse-grained tailings and the obtained filling slurry, namely filling the goaf in a mode of one layer of coarse-grained tailings and one layer of filling slurry. The filling technological process is simple, convenient, feasible and controllable, the conveying and filling cost is low, the filling capacity is remarkably improved, efficientutilization of the beneficiation tailings is achieved, and the utilization rate of the beneficiation tailings reaches up to 90%.
本发明属于矿区充填的技术领域,公开一种利用选矿尾砂的充填材料及其充填工艺。所述充填材料包括两层材料,一层为粗粒级尾砂,另一层为细粒级尾砂混料层,所述细粒级尾砂混料层的组分包括细粒级尾砂、骨料混合物以及水泥外加剂。所述充填工艺包括如下操作:一区混料处理:将细粒级尾砂和骨料混合物混合;一区混料脱水;二区混料处理:加入水泥外加剂;将二区混料进行脱水获得浓度为70~75%的充填料浆;输送与充填:分别输送粗粒级尾砂以及得到的充填料浆,即以一层粗粒级尾砂、一层充填料浆的方式填充采空区。本发明的充填工艺过程简便易行且可控,输送以及充填的成本较低,充填能力显著提升,实现选矿尾砂的高效利用,其利用率高达90%。
