Lining wall concrete pouring inversing method based on UEA micro-expanding agent
The invention relates to a lining wall concrete pouring inversing method based on a UEA micro-expanding agent. The method includes the following steps of firstly, completing underground continuous wall construction; secondly, completing foundation floor construction; thirdly, completing upper floor construction; fourthly, erecting a formwork, pouring upper layer lining wall concrete, and embedding steel pipes in the upper layer lining wall concrete, wherein the interval of the steel pipes ranges from 2 m to 3 m, and the lower ends of the embedded steel pipes are arranged on the tops of reverse grooves in the lower portion of an upper layer lining wall where pouring has been conducted; fifthly, erecting a lower layer lining wall formwork, directly connecting the formwork with the upper layer lining wall from the bottom face of a foundation floor, adopting closed type installation, inserting a pumper concrete conveying pipe pouring lower layer lining wall concrete into each embedded steel pipe, unceasingly conducting pouring, compacting the concrete through vibration, adding the micro-expanding agent, and completing pouring of the lining wall concrete. The method is simple in operation process, compactness of the concrete poured to the rear portion of the lining wall can be fully ensured, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.

The method is simple in operation process, compactness of the concrete poured to the rear portion of the lining wall can be fully ensured, the construction progress is accelerated, and the construction efficiency is improved.
