Base isolating device
The invention discloses a base isolating device. The device is a support which is mounted between an upper structure and a base structure of a building and turns into one part of the upper structure and the base structure of the building, a gap is formed between the upper structure and the base structure of the building so that the upper structure of the building can be prevented from being corroded, and the service life is prolonged. The support is used for connecting a middle concave steel plate and a lower base plate through a plurality of oil dampers and a plurality of ball buffers, the earthquake absorbing power is increased by increasing the spring height, and thus the effect of base isolation can be achieved. The base isolating device is reasonable in design, the oil dampers, the ball buffers, spiral springs and elastic buffer balls are ingeniously combined together to achieve combined action so that the response accelerated speed and deformation of the upper structure can be decreased, vibration transmitted to the upper structure is reduced, the horizontal stiffness is small, the earthquake response of the upper structure is also made smaller, good elastic-plastic performance is achieved, the original state can be recovered automatically, the seismic isolation effect is good, earthquake disasters are lightened, and the personal casualties and property losses are reduced.
