Preparation method of external wall heat-preservation and thermal-insulation material
The invention discloses a preparation method of external wall heat-preserving and thermal-insulating material. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) adding hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose into water being 40% of total water content with the water temperature of 55 DEG C to prepare a hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dispersing agent solution; (2) putting all asbestos fibers into the hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose dispersing agent solution to debond to prepare a cellulose dispersion solution; (3) adding a foaming agent into water being 50% of total water content and preparing the foaming agent into foams through a plunger pump and an air compressor controlled by an automatic foam cement device host; (4) adding radiation-obstructing agent metatitanic acid, coupling agent aluminic acid ester, the cellulose dispersion solution, coal ash, cement and composite thermal-insulating aggregates into the foams in sequence and uniformly mixing the materials with the foams, wherein the stirring speed is controlled at 30-40 r/min. The thermal-insulating material prepared by the preparation method has the advantage that the material is good in heat-insulating effect, light in density, high in anti-tensile strength, long in service life, and the like.
