The external wall heat preservation and insulation integrated plate is composed of the aluminum foil, the paper core and the phonon eutectic, the good heat insulation effect is obtained through the aluminum foil with the small surface radiation coefficient, the flame retardant effect of the paper core is improved by coating the surface with the colloid added with the flame retardant fire retardant, and the good heat preservation and insulation effect is achieved by adding the phonon eutectic; and the paper core is made of ceramic fiber paper or plant fiber paper, so that zero-carbon environment friendliness of wall heat preservation can be achieved, and therefore, the external wall heat preservation and insulation integrated plate is more environment-friendly.
