A second connecting rod is arranged at the position, located at a splicing seam, of the vertical plate, mounting grooves are formed in the upper side face and the lower side face of the vertical plate, and when the transverse plate and the vertical plate are spliced, the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are arranged in parallel and located in the mounting grooves; the transverse plate is provided with a fastening piece for fastening the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod, and the transverse plate is provided with a grouting piece for grouting the mounting groove. The method has the effect of shortening the construction period.
