The invention discloses a manufacturing method of an anchor bolt expansion sleeve. The method comprises the steps of manufacturing a petal shaped metal sheet body, wherein the petal shaped metal sheet body comprises a plurality of petal bodies, the quantity of the petal bodies is equal to that of load tongues of the expansion sleeve, and the adjacent petal bodies are in arc transition; arranging a polygonal central hole in the middle of the sheet body, wherein the sides of the polygonal central hole are as much as the load tongues of the expansion sleeve and are corresponding to the load tongues of the expansion sleeve in positions, and a circular corners is formed on the top corner of the polygonal central hole; manufacturing the expansion sleeve through the metal sheet body by the punching process, wherein the punching is carried out in the thickness direction of the sheet body.
