The present invention relates to a sleeve manufacturing apparatus which is formed of a wire spring material and fixes an anchor bolt inserted into an anchor groove drilled in a panel to install the panel in a concrete structure, and a method for manufacturing an anchor bolt sleeve from a wire spring by using the same. The sleeve manufacturing apparatus comprises a molding cylinder and a multi-stage piston part that can manufacture an anchor bolt sleeve with a pressed edge by pressing a wire spring hook and can repeat an operation of retracting the multi-stage piston part, advanced by mechanical force, by using a spring, thereby efficiently producing an anchor bolt formed of a wire spring.
본 발명은 콘크리트 구조물에 패널을 설치하기 위해 패널에 타공한 앵커홈에 삽입된 앵커볼트(anchor bolt)를 고정하기 위한 와이어 스프링 재질의 슬리브 제조장치 및 이를 이용하여 와이어 스프링으로부터 앵커볼트 슬리브를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 앵커볼트 슬리브 제조장치는 와이어 스프링 고리를 압착하여 테두리가 눌린 앵커볼트 슬리브를 제조할 수 있는 성형 실린더와 다단 피스톤부를 포함하며 기계적 힘으로 전진시킨 다단 피스톤부를 용수철로 후퇴시키는 작동을 반복할 수 있어서 와이어 스프링으로 제조하는 앵커볼트를 효율적으로 생산할 수 있다.
