DEPLOYABLE SLEEVE ANCHOR BOLT AND SET ANCHOR
The present invention provides a deployable sleeve, an anchor bolt, and a set anchor, wherein an uneven protrusion is formed on an inner wall to wrap the anchor bolt and is deployed toward a concrete structure by a pressing head of the anchor bolt to penetrate a lateral surface of an installation hole of the concrete structure to be fixed thereon by an external force or nut tightening without using a tool of a pipe shape. The deployable sleeve has the inner wall and an external wall having a length and an outer diameter corresponding to a length and a diameter of the installation hole drilled on the concrete structure. The uneven protrusion is formed on the inner wall in a length direction of the anchor bolt to wrap the anchor bolt and is deployed toward the concrete structure by the pressing head of the anchor bolt to penetrate the lateral surface of the installation hole to be fixed thereon by the external force or nut fastening. According to the present invention, an interval between the installation hole and the deployable sleeve is minimized to suppress wobbles or vibrations of the deployable sleeve for stable and rigid installation.
본 발명은 파이프 형태의 공구를 이용할 필요없이 내벽에 요철 돌기가 앵커 볼트를 감싸도록 형성되어 앵커 볼트의 가압 헤드에 의해 콘크리트 구조물 쪽으로 전개되며, 외력 또는 너트 조임에 의해 콘크리트 구조물의 설치공의 측면에 파고들어 고정되는 전개형 슬리브, 앵커 볼트, 및 세트 앵커가 제공된다. 전개형 슬리브는 콘크리트 구조물에 천공된 설치공의 깊이 및 직경에 대응하는 길이 및 외경을 갖는 내벽 및 외벽을 구비하고, 상기 내벽에는 앵커 볼트의 길이 방향으로 요철 돌기가 형성되어 앵커 볼트를 감싸 상기 앵커 볼트의 가압 헤드에 의해 상기 콘크리트 구조물 쪽으로 전개되며, 외력 또는 너트 조임에 의해 상기 설치공의 측면에 파고들어 고정된다.
