Manufacturing method of natural scree massaging and healthcare floor tile
The invention relates to a manufacturing method of a natural scree massaging and healthcare floor tile. The method comprises the steps of (1) obtaining a rectangular ceramic tile or a hard board, and arranging die plates around the rectangular ceramic tile or the board; (2) adding a neutral silicone weatherproof sealant or other adhesives to the ceramic tile or board in the die plates, and scrapping to level; (3) distributing a layer of colored scree with similar size on the adhering layer, wherein the scree is clung to each other, the bottom parts of the scree are clung to a bottom board or the adhesives with a certain of height is remained, and the thickness of the adhesive is 50 to 60% of the height of the scree; (4) forming pictographic patterns on the adhering layers of the scree with different colors; (5) naturally solidifying for 24 to 48 hours in a ventilating position, and then removing a die; (6) grinding the scree layers through a sanding wheel grinding machine until obtaining a plane, wherein the grinding height is 10 to 30% of the scree layers. According to the method, the natural scree is used for manufacturing; the high-temperature and multi-humidity environment requirement of a bathroom can be met; the healthcare, massaging and skipping preventing effects are achieved.
