Piezoelectric ceramic with piezoelectric coefficient of d36 and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a piezoelectric ceramic with a piezoelectric coefficient of d36 and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises uniformly compressing a polarized cuboid piezoelectric ceramic, perpendicularly applying compressive stress onto two opposite surfaces parallel to a polarization direction, and ageing the compressed ceramic at room temperature for 2-3 days, cutting the aged ceramic in a manner of Z*t+-45 degrees to obtain the piezoelectric ceramic with the piezoelectric coefficient of d36 in a local coordinate system, namely, applying an electric field E3 in a direction parallel to the polarization direction so that the piezoelectric ceramic can generate shear strain S6 in the surfaces perpendicular to the polarization direction; or, applying a shear stress T6 on the surfaces perpendicular to the polarization direction so that the piezoelectric ceramic can generate electric displacement D3 on an electrode surface perpendicular to the polarization direction. The piezoelectric ceramic with the piezoelectric coefficient of d36 and the preparation method thereof are expected to promote scientific study and industrial application of a d36 mode.
