Energy-saving and heat-insulating material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses an energy-saving and heat-insulating material and a preparation method thereof. The energy-saving and heat-insulating material includes 17-32 parts of calcium silicate, 11-20 parts of perlite, 7-11 parts of kieselguhr, 4-9 parts of polyvinyl butyral, 3-7 parts of hydroxypropyl starch, 5-10 parts of polypropylene fibers, 4-9 parts of phenolic resin, 3-7 parts of magnesium sulfate, 2-5 parts of dibutyl phthalate and 3-7 parts of n-butyl methylacrylate. The preparation method includes following steps: (1) smashing the calcium silicate, the perlite, the kieselguhr and the magnesium sulfate in a pulverizer; (2) starting a high-temperature reaction kettle, heating the components and stirring the components uniformly; and (3) performing high-temperature pressing moulding to the mixed material obtained in the step (2) under the pressing pressure of 30-70 MPa and at the pressing temperature of 70-90 DEG C to prepare the energy-saving and environment-friendly material.
