Preparation technology for building energy saving and heat insulating material
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material preparation, concretely relates to a preparation technology for building energy saving and heat insulating material. The technology comprises the steps of: 1) ball milling ordinary portland cement, ceramic waste material, fly ash and property-modifying additive in a ball mill, mixing uniformly to get a mixture; 2) adding water into the obtained mixture, stirring uniformly to get a mixed slurry; 3) adding a foaming agent into the prepared mixed slurry, rapidly stirring uniformly to get a foamed cement slurry; 4) pouring the prepared foamed cement slurry into a mould, moulding at room temperature, sintering at high temperature, cooling naturally, and cutting to be the product. The preparation technology uses industrial waste material such as ceramic waste material and fly ash, so that the production cost is reduced, and the environment pollution problem caused by stockpiling of ceramic waste material and fly ash is overcome. The ceramic waste material and fly ash used for the building energy saving and heat insulating material can improve the thermal insulation performance of the heat insulating material, and the building energy saving and heat insulating material has characteristics such as weather resistance, corrosion resistance and freeze-thaw resistance.
