The method comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing boron-doped mine tailings with Portland cement, fine aggregate, fine aggregate and water to prepare a concrete mixture, pouring, carrying out vibration compaction and dehydrating to prepare the anti-radiation concrete. As B2O3-containing boron-doped mine tailings are added into the concrete, the concrete has excellent anti-radiation ability. According to the invention, the boron-doped mine tailings are changed into valuable things, and efficient comprehensive utilization of the boron-doped mine tailings can be realized.
