Method for preparing green concrete from mine tailings
The invention provides a method for preparing green concrete from mine tailings. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, crushing iron tailings into ores with the particle size of 5-20mm; 2, the ore obtained in the step 1 is subjected to ball milling, and ore sand with the fineness modulus of 1.4-1.8 is screened out; step 3, mixing and stirring ores and stones according to a mass part ratio of 3: 7 to obtain an ore mixture; 4, ore sand and natural sand are mixed and stirred according to the mass part ratio of 4: 6 to form an ore sand mixture; and 5, mixing and stirring the ore mixture, the ore sand mixture and cement, adding the water reducing agent, the fly ash, the activating agent and water into a stirrer, and stirring to obtain the finished product concrete. The ore and the ore sand are respectively mixed with the stones and the natural sand, and the water absorption rate of the tailing sand is higher than that of the natural sand, so that the free water of the mixture is reduced, the interface transition structure of the tailing gravel concrete is improved, and the frost resistance is improved.
本发明提供了一种利用矿山尾料制备绿色混凝土的方法,包括下述步骤:步骤1:将铁尾矿破碎成粒径5‑20mm的矿石;步骤2:将步骤1中得到的矿石球磨,筛选出细度模数1.4‑1.8的矿砂;步骤3:将矿石按质量份数3:7与石子混合搅拌得到矿石混合物;步骤4:将矿砂按质量份数4:6与天然砂混合搅拌的矿砂混合物;步骤5:将矿石混合物、矿砂混合物、水泥先混合搅拌,再加减水剂、粉煤灰、活化剂以及水加入搅拌机内搅拌,得到成品混凝土。本发明利用了矿石与矿砂,分别与石子和天然砂混合,尾矿砂吸水率较天然砂吸水率大,减小了拌合物的自由水,改善了尾矿砂石混凝土的界面过渡结构,抗冻性能提高。
