The invention discloses a wear-resistant steel main cutter plate used for land levellers, wherein the wear-resistant steel main cutter plate includes following chemical components, by weight: 2.2-2.5% of C, 8.5-11% of V, 5-6.5% of Cr, 2-3% of Ni, 1.5-2.5% of Sn, 0.8-1.1% of W, 0.6-0.8% of Si, not more than 0.03% of P, not more than 0.02% of S and the balanced Fe. The wear-resistant steel material is excellent in hardness and toughness and is very excellent in wear resistance.
