The invention provides bridge floor-repair aqueous polyurethane polymer-modified mortar and a preparation method thereof. Raw materials comprise ordinary portland cement, medium sand, fly ash, silica fume, a naphthalene water reducer, aqueous polyurethane and water. The preparation method comprises at a normal temperature, adding dried medium sand, ordinary portland cement, fly ash and silica fume into a mixer, carrying out stirring, adding aqueous polyurethane into the mixture, carrying out stirring, adding water into the mixture, carrying out stirring, adding the naphthalene water reducer into the mixture and carrying out stirring to obtain a uniform mixture. The bridge floor-repair aqueous polyurethane polymer-modified mortar can repair bridge floor cracks and solve seam damage and bridge floor wear. The bridge floor-repair aqueous polyurethane polymer-modified mortar improves bridge structure endurance and keeps good work performances of a bridge structure.
