The proportions of the components are as follows: 38% of Portland cement; 40% of quartz sand; 10% of redispersible latex powder; 4% of active powder; 3% of other additives; 1% of PP fibers. The modified repair mortar provided by the invention has excellent compressive strength, flexural strength, static elastic modulus under compression, tensile bonding strength and limited expansibility.
