According to the kilneye prefabricated component for the cement kiln, fused alumina zirconia and mullite are used as the main materials for the kilneye prefabricated component, zirconia disperses to aggregate of the kilneye prefabricated component to enhance and toughen the aggregate and matrix in the kilneye materials, and the alkali erosion resistance and thermal shock resistance of the kilneye materials are improved.
