The invention discloses a lightweight thermal-insulation concrete, which is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70 to 120 parts of cement, 20 to 30 parts of lime, 20 to 80 parts of sand, 30 to 50 parts of coal slag, 25 to 55 parts of aluminium metallurgy slag, 40 to 80 parts of polypropylene fiber, 40 to 70 parts of foaming agent, and 50 to 90 parts of water; wherein the foaming agent is composed of plant-origin fatty acid, and is very safe. The provided concrete has the advantages of cheap raw materials, simple production technology, lightweight, thermal insulation property, energy saving, and environment-friendliness.
