Lightweight thermal insulation concrete
The invention provides a preparation method of lightweight thermal insulation concrete. Ceramsite is added into the concrete as a lightweight aggregate, and the compressive strength of the ceramsite is effectively improved through the added kaolin and coal gangue; rice hulls are introduced, a large amount of gaseous CO2 and H2O can be released in the ceramsite firing process, the ceramsite forms a loose and porous structure, and the interior of the prepared ceramsite has rich honeycomb structures through the preheating technology; an air entraining agent introduces bubbles into the concrete, the weight is reduced, the concrete has the heat preservation capacity, meanwhile, the workability of the concrete can be improved in the stirring process, and a resin component is added, so that the anti-cracking function is achieved; and modified basalt fibers are added to increase the bonding performance and toughness between the concrete and improve the breaking strength of the concrete.
本发明提供了一种轻质保温混凝土的制备方法。其中混凝土中添加陶粒作为轻骨料,添加的高岭土和煤矸石有效增加陶粒的抗压强度;引入稻壳,能在陶粒烧制过程中释放大量气态CO2和H2O,使陶粒形成疏松多孔结构,通过预热工艺,使制备的陶粒内部具有丰富的蜂窝结构。引气剂向砼中引入气泡,减轻重量,使砼具有保温能力,同时可在搅拌过程中提高混凝土的和易性,添加有树脂成分,具有防裂功能。增加改性玄武岩纤维来增加混凝土间的粘结性能和韧性,提高混凝土的抗折强度。
