The invention provides a construction method for a reinforcing device of a reinforced concrete bridge and a bridge deck slab. The reinforcing device comprises a U-shaped steel hoop portion which tightly hoops the reinforced concrete bridge from bottom to top and two screw rod portions which are fixedly embedded below the bridge deck slab and are respectively connected with the two ends of the steel hoop portion, wherein the screw rod portions are locked with the steel hoop portion through assembled nuts. By adopting the above-mentioned technical scheme, the reinforcing device of the reinforced concrete bridge and the bridge deck slab provided by the invention has the advantages that, since the reinforced concrete bridge and the bridge deck slab are locked together in a pretightened manner through matched connection of the steel hoop portion and the screw rod portions, compared with the prior art, the stress lag effect of the traditional reinforcing device can be effectively avoided, the anchoring effectiveness is kept, the reinforcing effect is guaranteed, the shear strength of the reinforced concrete bridge is improved, the structure is simple and easy to realize and the comprehensive practicability is high; the construction method provided by the invention has the advantages that the steps are simple and clear and the efficiency of implementing the novel reinforcing device can be effectively improved.
