Large-stroke handle with sector gear
The invention provides a large-stroke handle with a sector gear. The large-stroke handle with the sector gear comprises the sector gear, an ejection ball assembly, a shifting fork with a rack, a panelshell and a holding handle. The sector gear integrally comprises a gear portion, a stop plate, a circular locating platform and a shaft section. The ejection ball assembly comprises a bearing piece,and an elastic ejection ball device is arranged on one diameter of a disc of the ejection ball assembly and abuts against the circular locating platform of the gear. A rack portion and a shifting forkis arranged on the shifting fork with the rack. A gear shaft hole is formed in the panel shell and eccentrically formed in one side of the shell wall, and the shaft section of the gear stretches outof the gear shaft hole. An ejection ball assembly clamping groove is formed in the panel shell, and the ejection ball assembly which is connected with the gear is arranged in the ejection ball assembly clamping groove in a clamped mode. A rack sliding groove is formed in the panel shell, the rack portion in the shifting fork with the rack is arranged in the rack sliding groove of the panel shell in a slidable mode and meshes with the gear portion, and the shifting fork stretches out of the panel shell. A square hole is formed in one end of the holding handle, the holding handle is inserted into a square platform of the shaft section of the gear in a fixed mode through the square hole, and the gear and the holding handle are fixed through screws. By the adoption of the large-stroke handle with the sector gear, the stroke of the shifting fork is greatly increased under the condition that the overall dimension of an existing handle is kept unchanged.
