Solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station
The invention provides a solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station. The solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station comprises a water inlet pipe, a pumping station device and a water outlet pipe which are sequentially connected, wherein the pumping station device comprises a solid-liquid separating tank, a water pump and a water collecting chamber which are sequentially connected; the upper part of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water inlet pipe through a water inlet pipeline valve; a cut-off floating ball is arranged between the solid-liquid separating tank and the water inlet pipe; when liquid level of the solid-liquid separating tank raises to the highest position, the solid-liquid separating tank and the water inlet pipe are closed by the cut-off floating ball; the bottom of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water outlet pipe through a water outlet pipeline valve; the side wall of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water pump through a separating board; the water pump is connected with the water collecting chamber through a pipeline valve. According to the solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station disclosed by the invention, the blockage can be prevented, and the reliability and the safety of water pump operation can be greatly improved; in addition, during maintenance, non-stop operation can be realized.

The invention provides a solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station. The solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station comprises a water inlet pipe, a pumping station device and a water outlet pipe which are sequentially connected, wherein the pumping station device comprises a solid-liquid separating tank, a water pump and a water collecting chamber which are sequentially connected; the upper part of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water inlet pipe through a water inlet pipeline valve; a cut-off floating ball is arranged between the solid-liquid separating tank and the water inlet pipe; when liquid level of the solid-liquid separating tank raises to the highest position, the solid-liquid separating tank and the water inlet pipe are closed by the cut-off floating ball; the bottom of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water outlet pipe through a water outlet pipeline valve; the side wall of the solid-liquid separating tank is connected with the water pump through a separating board; the water pump is connected with the water collecting chamber through a pipeline valve. According to the solid-liquid-separated prefabricated pumping station disclosed by the invention, the blockage can be prevented, and the reliability and the safety of water pump operation can be greatly improved; in addition, during maintenance, non-stop operation can be realized.
