The grouting sleeve comprises a barrel body, a slurry outlet and a grouting hole, wherein the grouting hole is located at the lower end of the side surface of the barrel body, and the grout outlet hole is located at the upper end of the side surface of the barrel body; the outer interface of the grout outlet hole is an upward inclined slurry outlet hard pipe; one end of a hose is inserted into the slurry hard pipe, and the other end of the hose is in communicationwith a shrinkage compensation container; and the shrinkage compensation container is internally provided with a grouting material. The grouting sleeve can effectively solve the defect that grouting backflow in the prior art further affects the stress performance of the connection of upper and lower reinforcing steel bars.
