Method for preparing AlON transparent ceramic fluorophor for warm color temperature white light LED encapsulation light source
The present invention relates to a method for preparing an AlON transparent ceramic fluorophor for a warm color temperature white light LED encapsulation light source. The method comprises the steps: by taking Al powder and Al2O3 powder as raw materials, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, ball-milling and uniformly mixing, and drying, grinding and sieving or spraying and drying; placing the granulated raw materials in a crucible and sintering the raw matierals in a carbon furnace in a nitrogen atmosphere; crushing the sintered powder, and adding a rare-earth oxide, an adhesive, a dispersant and a liquid medium to ball-mill; obtaining biscuits by using different formation methods according to the requirements of the LED encapsulation on shape, specification or structure of the fluorophor; putting the degreased formed biscuits in the carbon furnace in the nitrogen atmosphere to be sintered; and annealing and polishing the sinered ceramic to obtain the AlON transparent ceramic fluorophor. The AlON transparent ceramic fluorophor is used for LED encapsulation provided by the invention remarkably simplifies the encapsulation structure, lowers the cost, and moreover, the AlON transparent ceramic fluorophor achieves overall optimization of color temperature, color index and light efficiency of an LED encapsulation light source.
