Foaming regenerating concrete self-thermal-insulation material and preparation method thereof
According to the present invention, the concrete foaming technology and the regenerating concrete technology are combined, the natural aggregate is not consumed, and the coarse and fine aggregates obtained after crushing waste concrete and the difficultly-recycled powder are completely utilized to prepare the regenerating concrete self-thermal-insulation material, wherein not more than 2% by mass of a foaming agent, 2-10% by mass of vitrified micro-beads, 12-20% by mass of cement, 12-18% by mass of recycled fine aggregate, 40-60% by mass of recycled coarse aggregate, 1-5% by mass of fly ash, 0.1-0.5% by mass of a water reducing agent, 6-12% by mass of water and other materials are used to prepare the self-thermal-insulation material; and the foaming regenerating concrete self-thermal-insulation material has the following characteristics that: the apparent density is low and is 1600-2100 kg/m<3>, the 28 d compressive strength is 20-40 MPa, the thermal insulation property is excellent, the thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.8-1.2 [W/(m.K)], and the value can be increased by 40-50% compared with the ordinary concrete material having the same strength, and is reduced by 20% compared with the natural aggregate foaming concrete material having the same ratio.
