Aerogel geopolymer foaming thermal insulation material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to an aerogel geopolymer foaming thermal insulation material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring a silicon-aluminum base material and an alkali activator to obtain viscous slurry which does not release heat any more; opening a closed mixing mill and a rotor in the closed mixing mill, pouring the viscous slurry into the closed mixing mill, closing the closed mixing mill, opening a feeding hole, adding silicon dioxide aerogel, and continuously mixing; transferring the internally mixed material into a foaming barrel, then adding a foaming agent, uniformly stirring, then laminating, foaming, curing for more than 1 day until demolding, and then demolding and curing to obtain the aerogel geopolymer foaming thermal insulation material. The porous thermal insulation material obtained through the method has hydrophobicity inside and outside, saltpetering inside and outside the material can be prevented, and the thermal insulation performance of the aerogel geopolymer foaming thermal insulation material can be improved.
本发明涉及一种气凝胶地质聚合物发泡保温材料及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:将硅铝基料与碱激发剂混合搅拌至不再放热的粘稠浆体;打开密闭式混炼机并开启其内部的转子,然后将粘稠浆体倒入密闭式混炼机内,接着封闭密闭式混炼机,接着打开进料口加入二氧化硅气凝胶,继续密炼;将密炼后的物料转移至发泡桶中,然后加入发泡剂并搅拌均匀,接着覆膜、发泡、养护1天以上直至可以脱模,然后脱模并养护既得所述的气凝胶地质聚合物发泡保温材料;本发明的方法能获得的多孔保温材料内外都具有疏水性,不仅可以防止材料内外部泛碱,而且也能提升气凝胶地质聚合物发泡保温材料的保温性能。
