Environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material, and sand stabilization method thereof
The invention relates to an environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material, and a sand stabilization method thereof. According to the sand stabilization method, water, the environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material, an anti-oxidant, an ultraviolet light absorber, or a plant raw material are uniformly mixed at a certain ratio; and an obtained mixed solution is sprayed onto sand so as to form a solidified layer on the surface of sand. The environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material is prepared by mixing a ABA type polyurethane prepolymer with a BAB type polyurethane prepolymer at equal mass, and mass concentration of the environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material ranges from 2 to 10%. Advantages are that: the formed solidified layer possesses excellent mechanical properties and durability; no toxic residue is left after reaction with water, so that safety is high, and no secondary pollution is caused; the solidified layer is of a compact porous structure, water-retaining capacity is excellent, and it is beneficial for growth of plant; the sand stabilization method is simple, and is low in cost, and high in practicality; the environment-friendly polyurethane composite sand stabilization material can be taken as an excellent chemical sand stabilization material, and is suitable for related fields such as desertification control, slope ecological protection, and soil erosion prevention.
