A fourth transverse shaft is eccentrically fixed to a fourth wheel disc and is inserted into a middle hole of a fourth rectangular framework, a fourth upper swing rod is fixed to the upper end of the fourth rectangular framework, the upper end of the fourth upper swing rod is hinged to the back right portion of a second supporting rod, a fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the lower end of the fourth rectangular framework, and the lower end of the fourth lower swing rod is fixed to the back portion of a second concave round head framework; a first concave round head framework is a framework composed of a left side, a right side, an upper side and a lower side, and the left side is a concave round; a plurality of second cutters are arranged at the lower portion of the first concave round head framework, and a plurality of first cutters are arranged inside the first concave round head framework; the second concave round head framework is a framework composed of a left side, a right side, an upper side and a lower side, and the right side is a concave round; and a plurality of second cutters are arranged at the lower portion of the second concave round head framework, and a plurality of first cutters are arranged inside the second concave round head framework.
