The invention discloses a method for producing a fireproof polyphenyl board through open type continuous negative-pressure permeation. The method comprises the following steps: (1) coating: liquid-state fire retardant is coated on the top surface and the side surfaces of a formed polyphenyl board; (2) permeation: the head and the tail of the polyphenyl board coated with the liquid-state fire retardant on the top surface and the side surfaces continuously pass through an opening in the top end of a suction container in sequence; an opening box is vacuumized through a vacuum pump, so that the liquid-state fire retardant sprayed on the surface of the polyphenyl board in a normal-pressure state is fully permeated into the polyphenyl board, and the liquid-state fire retardant leaked out from the bottom surface of the polyphenyl board drops into the suction container; and (3) drying: the polyphenyl board leaving from the opening in the top end of the suction container and finishing the permeation is dried or cured to dehydrate the fire retardant to form the fireproof polyphenyl board. The method has the following advantages: the polyphenyl board is continuously produced through negative pressure in the normal-pressure state, so that the saturability of the fire retardant in the fireproof polyphenyl board is controllable; and the method is suitable for producing fireproof polyphenyl boards with different specifications to satisfy different market requirements.
