Micro-pore light gypsum decorative material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a micro-pore light gypsum decorative material. The following auxiliary materials in parts by weight are added to 100 parts by weight of a gypsum raw material: 0.01-15.5 parts of a physical foaming agent, 45-85 parts of water, 0.02-8.5 parts of retarder, 0.2-20 parts of reinforcing filler and 0-20 parts of white cement. According to the obtained micro-pore light gypsum decorative material product, besides keeping excellent shaping capability and molding processing performance of the original gypsum decorative material, the shaped micro-pore light gypsum decorative material can be made into products which are only 60-95% by volume-weight of the traditional gypsum material based on a need, so that weight of a building structure is reduced greatly, all the components can be uniformly dispersed in the gypsum material to ensure enough use intensity; meanwhile, nearly no product cost is added, and no pollution to the environment is resulted.
