Fluorescent gypsum decorative plate and preparation process thereof
The invention provides a fluorescent gypsum decorative plate. The fluorescent gypsum decorative plate comprises a gypsum decorative plate and a fluorescent coating, wherein the surface of the gypsum decorative plate is coated with the fluorescent coating; the fluorescent coating is prepared from a fluorescent composite preparation comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 50 to 85 percent of a mixed additive, 1.1 to 3.8 percent of a stabilizer, 1.5 to 3.5 percent of a coagulant, 0.5 to 1.5 percent of a bonding preparation, 1.5 to 7 percent of a dispersing additive and 1.5 to 4.6 percent of a fluorescent organic pigment; the mixed auxiliary agent comprises 70-85% of oil, 10-15% of aromatic hydrocarbon and 3-11% of resin. According to the invention, a layer of fluorescent powder complexing agent is coated on the basis of the original PVC film-coated decorative gypsum board, so that external natural light is absorbed under the condition of strong light, and illumination is provided for the external environment when the light is insufficient. The invention also provides a preparation process of the fluorescent gypsum decorative plate.
